HILLHILL/JOHNSON/TROTTERA fantastic resource for those who for whatever reason can't physically get to the cemetery where their ancestors are buried. Another example of how the internet coupled with volunteer efforts make family history so much more accessible. Great concept! Thanks again.

DYEIs it ethical or lawful ?Firstly I would like to thak this website in helping me view a Ancestor of mine from nearly 200 years ago.Robert & Elizabeth Dye of West Acre Norfolk. Secondly I am quite willing to photograph and submit photos of gravestones to this website BUT do I need a relatives permission to do so etc ?

WADE tracking down Maggie Wades detailsIt was very touching to see the grave of someone who died 5 generations before me many thanks for that. I had no idea such a service existed. Maggie had a daughter to Maihi Pineahi Kereopa (my gran Ngarino) and was married to Campbell,R and latterly to Ernie Martin who I dont know anything about. They lived on Maggies farm in Waiuku.I would love to track down their headstones as well. .... more

DUNCANAn excellent resourceI was looking into my grandfather's, uncles and aunts deaths, and found that there was a photo of their headstone in Crieff. I had never visited the grave, and it was marvelous to be able to view it online.
