Is it ethical or lawful ?

Firstly I would like to thak this website in helping me view a Ancestor of mine from nearly 200 years ago.Robert & Elizabeth Dye of West Acre Norfolk. Secondly I am quite willing to photograph and submit photos of gravestones to this website BUT do I need a relatives permission to do so etc ?
