PRICEVery pleased to find this photograph, asVery pleased to find this photograph, as I was directed to an unmarked plot when I visited the cemetery, so missed it entirely! However, the name of the person has been mistranscribed. It should read Hubert Price and not Herbert Price.

I will certainly try and add some pictures from my own local churchyard. Henry Cooper Ashley is the father of Katharine Love (nee Ashley) who married Joseph Horatio Love, a Durham coal mine owner and who lived at Hawkhills, Easingwold.

RAWDENGrave No. 144620; Image 154 - Leslie and Mary RawdenMany thanks for the image, and for the speed with which you provided it. It has proved invaluable in my family research. I have one comment. This is not a complaint, merely an observation. The image is a little out of focus, and on a slight slant. If anyone has the opportunity to take a better quality photograph and upload it, I think this would be an improvement. I live more than 200 miles away, but may be in the area next month. If I am, I’ll take a new picture and upload it.
