SPEED | Incredible Service | Words seem pretty inadequate to simply thank you for the service you provide. For a small county girl in Canada, it seems important to me to find out as much of my Speed legacy as I can, and your service just keeps adding more links, stepping stones if you will to understanding where I truly came from. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! | 04/04/2017 | 7364 |

Thank you | Once again thank you for this wonderful website. Your website is now one of my 'go to' sites when doing my family research and has helped me on many occasions. Gravestones can give up so much information - not only dates of births and deaths but often the names and details of other family members.
A special thank you to all the photographers out there who provide the images.

REED | Regarding my Reed ancestors from York, Toronto, Ontario, Canada | Henry Thomas Reed is my first cousin two times removed. His father, Henry, is my great grandfather's brother. I am researching my family and hope to receive information about his death an burial. He died at age 16. I would like to know the cause of death. He was so young.
I appreciate being able to use this site. Thank you. I live near Salt Lake City, Utah. If I can help anyone from here, I would be happy to.

FOWLES | Apparrent duplication | I am researching the FOWLES family in Worcestershire, England. There appear to be two gravestones for Mary FOWLES [died 1893] No. 3008 at St James, Callow End and No. S6300063 at St Peter, Powick. The photos of each grave look the same to me. The people on the gravestone are the same except that Mary is 83 on the Callow End Entry and 80 on the Powick one. Her death registration is as follows: FOWLES, MARY; Aged 80 [thus born about 1813]; GRO Ref.: 1893 Q4 in UPTON-ON-SEVERN Vol. 6C Page 190. Both Powick and Callow End are in the Upton-on-Severn Registration District. Mary FOWLES nee NEWMAN married William FOWLES 06 Oct 1834 at All Saints, Worcester, Worcestershire, England. Their son Mark Henry FOWLES was baptised 28 Feb 1841 in Madresfield, Worcestershire, England. He died in Worcester Infirmary 25 September 1903 although he was living Saltmarsh Castle, Bromyard, Herefordshire where he was presumably a farm bailiff. | 28/03/2017 | 7313 |

HARRIS | This is a wonderful service and I have used it several times. Fast and friendly response. Charles i | I have found several gravestones on this site, as well as added information on my ancestors to help others that may find them. It is so great to find these stones in England where I cannot go to get to them. The photos are clear and of good resolution, as well as having the information transcribed. And this recent gravestone gave me some startling news. Thomas Harris was born in 1722 and died in 1829. Yes this man born in the early 1700's lived to be 107 years old. Wow.
Thanks again, Charles. You are very appreciated by many. | 27/03/2017 | 7308 |
