WEAVERMany ThanksCharles, I would like to thank you for your prompt reply to my request. My mother and I had previously been led to believe that the cemetery where our ancestor was buried was in ruins. However, after being directed to gravestones.com by Ancestry.co.uk, we are so pleased to find an intact image of the gravestone. It is gratifying to see that a lot of valuable work is being done by volunteers for the benefit of those involved in family history research and that you are instrumental in facilitating those efforts with your great website. Thanks again.

LITTLEThank you!Thank you so much for the wonderfully clear picture of my ancestors, Mary and Richard Little's gravestone. It makes them seem so much closer, to have tangible evidence of their lives (and deaths). Perhaps one day I will be able to visit it in person.

DONALDSONThank youJust wanted to thank you and all the volunteers for their time and effort in helping to provide images of gravestones from around the country. I would be unable to travel to every cemetery where all my ancestors are buried. Thank you for enabling me to research my extended family further.

TUCKERTUCKER; PETHERICK; BOWDENThank you for your willingess to share your images of the gravestones of Landkey. This was the first time that I had ever seen the stones for my grandfather Tucker, great grandparents Petherick and great great grandparents Petherick. It is a hope of mine that I'll be able to visit in person again. I emigrated in the 1950s and visited once in 1984 to see my grandmother Tucker bringing her first two great grandchildren to meet her.

LEITHEADConfirmation of death of Dorothy LeitheadFinding confirmation of death of Dorothy Leithead is great because lots of the family trees on Ancestry have John marrying again in 1817. I can now discard this link to Jane Coxon. Further confirmation was found in the England & Wales, Non-Conformist and Non-Parochial Registers of the baptism of all the children some which were credited to Jane. WooHoo!! Many thanks for your assistance with this.

OLDREIVEGrave headstone for Walter and Susan OldreiveThank you , thank you so much, such a lovely surprise to find such kindness in helping people find photos and information on their family, my cousin abroad is going to be so happy as well, as will the other family members that he will send this photo over to, thank you so much again, made my day, iv got a few more to look out for, so exciting :0) just one other thing this is the second time iv tried to send this message, on the last photo image to stop spammers the death date didn't allow me to go back far enough, the dates were between 1959 to 1970 and i needed to go back much further back than that for the correct answer, just thought to let you know....

BRIDGESAnnie Bridges gravestoneFirst, thank you so much for the work that you are doing, this is very helpful to those of us who are unable to get around. As regards to the detail for Annie Bridges, I will just need to check back with a more elderly member of the family to get some confirmation of the identity of the grave however once I have done so I will revert with further info regarding her life details. Once again, thank you. Kind regards Maxine
