Robert Giddings Rees, b Sidmouth July 1895 to Hugh Macauley Rees and wife Mary. Served in France and India in WWI. Married Lilian Ethel Churchill in 1923. Lilian was born 19/12/1894 in Birmingham, daughter of William and Emma Maria, nee Langley. Robert was a draper, as was his father. Robert died at Torquay.
Lillian's mother died in 1897 and father died in 1906. The orphaned Lily was sent to Churchill relatives in Ottery St Mary. | 13/03/2016 | 5535 |
