WALTONWHAT A FIND !I stumbled across this website purely by chance and was delighted to be able to obtain a photograph of my paternal great grandparents headstone.A big thank you to the photographer who went to St Mary's Church Horton, Northumberland.

BARRETTLaura paulina sessions barrettI was justmthinking that this may be a sister of my great grandfather instead of his daughter. My grandfather, Charles William Sessions Barrett was born in 1857, somthe 1860 date could not be a daughter. Not sure what I was thinking! But I wonder if this was a family gravestone?

BENTALLThanks - and a small correction!Thank you so much for the photo - sent within minutes of request! This is a wonderful site, how come I have never found it before?!? I will try and add some photographs when time permits. There needs to be a small correction to the transcription of Daniel Barnard Bentall's gravestone. The bottom line should read 'Beloved parents of Robert AND Leonard' (Not 'Robert Leonard)

PEEKVery interesting to seeWith the demolition, under the 'health and safety' rules, of many gravestones, I believe that this is an important website and useful to family members who do not live close to the graves of their ancestors. Thank you!

Samuel Matthew BolderI waited for the email, but then realised I could access the image via the website. Thank you very much. I wanted to add some genealogical detail, but found that the only way to do it was to order the image again, so that is why I requested it twice, not short-term memory loss! Thanks again.
