St. Matthew's Churchyard, Lightcliffe, Halifax, YorkshireHi - on the Yorkshire page, under 'Yorkshire cemeteries scheduled to be photographed and indexed' there is a note for the Old St. Matthew's churchyard in Halifax, but there is no volunteer name recorded. If the churchyard concerned is St. Matthew's, Lightcliffe then I would be grateful if anyone involved would get in touch with me. Many thanks. Angela

KNOWLESFinding familyWhat a wonderful service you offer, finding information about ancestors who had gravestones is like them speaking to us from the past and telling us a little of their lives and travel around the country and perhaps a little of the trials and tribulations that they faced. And giving them a voice into the future. Thank you Heather

In both cases the wives had died in a different area to their husbands & I had not known they were buried together. I also had been unsure of the wives exact date of death.
