looking for a grave in Hammersmith cemetary Mortlake

Hello all- I am in Canada, and Im looking for a family grave in England. My grandfather James Cooper Adams (d. 1950) and grandmother Lillian Daisy Adams (maiden name Rees d 1951) were interred in Hammersmith Cemetery Mortlake Family grave C.15.214 I have not been able to find a photo online. Could anyone help? Warm regards Diana Adams
