The name on the gravestone is “Rachael wife of John Thoburn”. She was recorded in the 1841 census for South Tanfield along with her husband. I do not know what month the census was taken, but she evidently died the same year. John Thoburn remarried in 1842 to Elizabeth Smith, whose family lived in the next dwelling. The Thoburns and at least a couple of the Smith family immigrated to Johnstown, PA, USA in 1853.
