Please note that all ages and dates of birth in red have been calculated and are probably not on the monument.
You should treat the calculated dates of birth with caution as the ages given on monuments are often inaccurate.
The dates and ages on many monuments are also often hard to read.
It is therefore important to use the dates as guides as they may be incorrect.
The same person may appear many times in the above list.
This is because a person can easily be listed on many different monuments.
For instance, a person could be listed on their own grave as well as on the gravestone monuments of their children and their spouse.
Occasionally names will be duplicated because the monument has in error been photographed and indexed twice.
Where a relationship is shown as unknown, this usually means that parts of the monument are illegible and relationship cannot be read.
Where no relationship is given this means that this is normally the first name on the monument.
All the relationships on any particular monument relate to this first named individual.

I would like to thank this organization for providing photos that enable people like myself that live on the other side of the world. Thank you Charles Sales for the photo of Joseph Barlow's headstone that lies within Bramerton Churchyard Cemetery. I am unable to read any info from this photo, so unable to say if it is my 5 X great grandfather, may need to try and save for a visit, fingers crossed. But thank you for taking the time to help others out.
Quick and very helpful to my search of family history. Thank you.
John Barlow and family
Thank you so much for photograph of the gravestone you sent to me. It is clear and I can see all the information. I have been trying to trace this family for many years and in this one photograph have so much information. I would still like to know who originally ordered and paid for this stone and inscription but expect that is not going to be possible. Also would like to know if it would be possible to see this gravestone myself. Do you know if this would be possible.
Once again Thank you so much for your prompt reply to me. Maureen
Thank you very much for sending me the photo of Elizabeth Ba
Thank you very much for sending me the photo of Elizabeth Barlow's grave. This is a great website and I am considering volunteering my time to help others connect with their family by taking photos at my local cemetery.
This is a stab in the dark, but I am hoping to get a photo of the gravestone for Sarah Barlow (born Sarah Taylor, but also known as Sarah Francis). Sarah was born in about 1813 in Bury, Lancashire and the last census record for her is in 1881 also in Bury, Lancashire in the St Paul's Parish.
I'm not sure exactly when she died or where she is buried, so I realise this isn't an easy task. I am hoping the gravestone will help me to find who her parents were.
