William Hodgson Whipp was my great-grandfather, and Thomas Whipp (b.1836) was my great great grandfather. William Hardy Whipp and Amy Whipp were both children of William Hodgson Whipp. William Hardy Whipp died in 1976 (born about 1889). The infant recorded (Thomas -age 1) was I think a son of William Hodgson Whipp and Catherine, not a son of Thomas & Catherine.
