Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am searching for family from the UK. I think there is the possibility that this Stanley may be my fathers older brother. My father Ronald Stuart Masson was born in 1928, so the 1926 for this Stanley may have a connection. Also, my Grandfathers wife was named Ellen Blythe, so maybe they gave her maiden name as a middle name. I have never found relatives on my dad's side as we moved to Australia in 1963, and have been looking for decades.
