Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Robert Clarence Middleton was my grandmother's twin brother. He died age 22 on the HMS Hamphshire which was sunk with Lord Kitchener on board, and nearly all aboard lost their life. Our family presumed that he was drowned, and his body never recovered. Do you know if his body lies in the Churchyard? My mum is nearly 90, and we would love to know the truth. Thank you for your help. Chris
