(to be for ever issuing out of a Meadow Ground , commonly call'd Gilbert's Close now the property of Sir Gray Skipworth Bar't lying in Easinghall in the Parish of Monkskirby Warwickshire) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of this Parish for the time being , and to their successors for ever , in Trust for the following Purpose , that they every Year distribute Forty sixpenny Loaves of good Bread among the Poor Inhabitants of Hunningham.
Mary Garlick Widow of Hunningham , by will about A.D. 1794 left ten Pounds to the Overseers of the Parish for the time being and their successors for ever , in Trust , to distribute the annual Interest among the distrest Widows of Hunningham according to the discretion of the Minister , Churchwardens and Overseers.
