Henry Heap1892691961 Henry Heap was the brother of Marsland Heap, who was the eldest of 7 children, their parents were James Heap and Mary Eliza Heap (nee Marsland). Marsland and Henry were Directors of J.E. Marsland & Sons, Shoddy and Mungo Manufacturers, Leeds. Marsland Heap and his wife Sarah(nee Dennison)lived in Rose Cottage, Linton, which can be seen from the grave. Henry lived next door for many years with his wife Alice and their sons Harry and James (my father), but then moved to Headingley, Leeds. Henry was born on the 21st December 1892 and died only 10 days before his 70th birthday, on 11th December 1961. If anyone would like more history of the Heap family then please contact me.
