I am seeking information on the family of Anne Ramage (1771-1847), wife of Samuel Redmond (1762-1825), each of County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Recognizing that Edinburgh is a long way from Ulster, nevertheless I am hoping that understanding something of the family of John Ramage of Edinburgh may shed light on the Ramage family from which Anne came. We have no information on her parentage today. Thank you very much for your help on this matter.
