Our family farm in Victoria was called Claringfeld. I have never found out where the name came from. Nor have I seen the name used anwhere else. My grandfather bought the farm in 1917. I am not sure if it had the same name then. I am happy to share my family history information with anyone who knows about John Claringfeld McIver
