This was my wifes 4 x Great Grandfather who was born at Scotton, Lincs circa 1784 based on baptism 29 Sep 1784 at Scotton. He wed Mary Towns 26 Sep 1808 at St Lawrences Church, Snaith, Yorkshire. Their son Thomas Barron (shown sometimes as Berrin) wed 15 July 1837 and shows Joseph to be a Blacksmith- they appear together on the 1841 census at Glanford Brigg,South Killingholme. He died 13 March 1844 at 7a.m. Mary was born Snaith, Yorkshire and is present at husbands death and was buried 25 Oct 1849 My email burgessderek@sky.com
