Service No.VX75426. Australian Army Units. Born 8th June 1912 at Trafakgar , Victoria. On the night of 24th September 1944 the aircraft (Tiger Moth) he was travelling in went missing on a flight between Daru and Horn Island. It was piloted by Flying Officer Francis Lawrence CURR. Also on board was W.O. Anguau DE LAS. No bodies were recovered. Memorial on Port Moresby Memorial. Son of Robert and Sophie Kellas; husband of Nancy Fayle Kellas , of Kew , Victoria.
