Reported by Japanese to be P.O.W in Kavieng by April 1942. ( Civilians Detained by Japanese NAA P169 - 177). Brutally killed during the Massacre of POWs on Kavieng wharf on or about 17th March 1944. (AWM 54: 1010/4/165. DPI:300 P.11-14). Reported missing in Pacific Islands Monthly Nov 1942 (NAA A518 , DS16/2/1 Part 1 P.223).
