Richard Edwards built All Saints Church, between 1838 and 1840 with the first service taking place on the 10 January 1841 B:25 May 1777 in East Dean, Gloucestershire,UK D:19th March 1850 in Upper Swan, WA Married Elizabeth Powell (b.1772) in 1795 in Gloucestershire, England. He and his family arrived at the Swan River colony on the ship, Hooghley and moved to the Upper Swan area.
