James HARVEY, b. 1797 in Donington, Lincolnshire (son of James HARVEY and Elizabeth aka Betsy FLINDERS), baptized 25 Apr 1797 in Donington, Lincolnshire, d. 31 May 1855 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, occupation draper. See probate record. It appears as though he had two other sons beside Robert, and six daughters. Probate mentions aunt Ann WILTON, presumably the sister of his mother inlaw. Sister Susan DURRANT is also mentioned but not his father. The document is hard to read and needs further study. He married Esther Ann WILTON, married 16 Feb 1824 in Stowmarket, Suffolk, b.
