Born Marcia Barbara Mary Renshaw on 17 September 1918 in Wandsworth, London - the first child of Percy & Mary Renshaw. She married Henry Jolleff in 1950 and had two daughters - Susan in 1952 and Nicola in 1955. They divorced shortly after Nicola was born and Marcia married William Dickens in 1965. Marcia and William retired to South Raynham in Norfolk in the late 1970s. They moved to Woking in 1998 to be near Susan and her family. William died in 2000 and, sadly, Marcia died in 2001 in St George's Hospital in Tooting, London in a heart valve replacement operation.
