Henry Tuite, eldest son of Hugh Tuite and his wife Sarah Elizabeth, nee Chenevix, was born in Sonna, co Westmeath on 12 December 1793 and died at Llangollen on 13 September 1810 aged 16. The Gentleman's Magazine Vol. LXXX Jul-Dec 1810: SEPT 13. At Langollen (sic), in North Wales, on his way to Madeira, where he had been ordered for his health, Mr Henry Tuite, eldest son of Hugh Tuite, of Sonna, in the county of Westmeath, Esq. This young gentleman was brought to an untimely grave by a rapid decline at the age of 16.
