Located - Floor Plate Col 1. Died WWI 1914-1918 Samuel Walter Savage's family lived at Grove Place Leamington Spa. He died 30th December 1915 when his ship HMS Natal was blown up in Scappa Flow. It is not know what caused the explosion. He had married the month before to Alice Lavendar of Edmonton. Alice's brother James Alfred Lavendar was also a stoker on the Natal and lost his life the same day.
