Late of Brisbane Born 31 May 1852 in Yeadon, Baptized 20 August 1852 (Methodist) to George & Amelia Starkey. Family emigrated to Queensland, Australia 1860's. He fought in the Boer War and he was demobbed back to the UK. He Married Eliza Little (nee Starkey) in 1909 at Harrogate Baptist Church in Harrogate.
