He married twice, Elsie Mary Rand nee White was his first wife and mother of Gerald F Rand born 1926. They married in 1911 Elsie Mary Rand nee White was born in 1887 and died in 1926 aged 39 years old. After the death of Elsie Mary Rand nee White in 1926 he married Laura Gladys White in 1932.
