Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

My maiden name is Stalker and my father's family originally came from Scotland. I am trying to see if there is a link between this Stalker family and my own. I would be proud to be connected to Rev. James M. Stalker and his family!

My Brother-in-Law, Francis van Millingen, has asked me if I can find anything on his Great Uncle, Robert Henry Stalker, listed on this gravestone. Robert Henry Stalker, was the son of Charlotte Melville Brown Douglas - her sister, Marianne Georgina Brown Douglas, married Julius Robertson van Millingen, my brother-in laws grandparents. I know he would be very grateful if you could forward a photograph of this gravestone, as he has spent some time trying to discover what happened to the Great Uncle Henry he remembers visiting when he was a child. Kind Regards Alex Buchan.

Mary Leslie Macalister is my mother's mother and I am compiling a family tree. Many thanks in advance for your help.

See our ancestry CAMPBELL public family tree. I am closely related to the Wilson and Stalker family. Walter Wilson was my great grandfather's (Alan Wilson) brother. Francis Brown Douglass Stalker was Helen Elder Stalker's grandfather (she was Walter Wilson's wife). I can add some of the missing b & d dates.
(requested on 08 06 2014)
I have a complete set of b & d dates which will improve the information on your website

My mom was a Stalker, and her/our family was from Scotland. As I understand it, our Stalkers were from Arrochar, and from what I can tell, this was less than 100 miles from Crieff, so am requesting this as I continue my research in to family ancestry. Thank you VERY much for doing this!! Christopher Gilliam, Boise, Idaho

I had hoped to photograph the stones for all service personnel from 1st and 2nd wars in Crieff Cemetery. On a visit to the cemetery today I got everyone apart from Lucy Melville Stalker. As I live in Paisley and am only here on hoholiday till tomorrow I just won't have the opportunity to visit again Isobel
