Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

J P Wood has a stained glass window in his memory in our church. I have just discovered this and am researching him. My grandfather was his assistant in 1899. His daughter Mary Isobel Wood was perhaps the artist of the window.
(requested on 06 08 2013)
I am working on my Wood family genealogy. My great grandfather, Charles, was brother to John Philp Wood (I believe the transcription might be wrong). Their father was John George Wood W.S.
