Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am researching a Frederick Barker, a member of the Levantine Barkers born in Cairo (I think) who became the last Reader to the Empress of Austria. He lived in Corfu for a time in the Nineteenth century and he may well have died there. It may be someone else entirely but I wanted to check. Thanks.
