Hi! I'm doing some research into the family tree and I'm working backwards from my 3x great grandparents, Thomas and Jane Cattley (nee Bedell) who we recently found the grave of in St Martin's church at Bulmer. My 4x great grandparents are Edward and Frances Cattley (nee Saltmer) and I've just had a tip off from the one name researcher for the Catley/Cattley family that my 5x great grandparents are John and Mary Cattley (nee Cartwright) and they lived in Bilton in Ainsty- I've seen this record linked by another person with the same people in their tree on Ancestry so I'm really hoping this is the right person! I've moved south, but still have family in Yorkshire that I visit, so I'm hoping to go in person in Feb/March this year.
