Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

We are researching my wife's ancestry and have found that High Macintosh is her great-great grandfather. He was also the proprietor of the Queensferry Arms Hotel (now the Orocco Pier). We also want to find out about his son David who is buried in the same grave, however, we can't find any death certificate or details for him. Hopefully the date of death on the gravestone will help us. Many thanks in advance for your help., Regards, Alan
