Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Violets and Waler Ford James are my great grandparents. Herbert and George James are my great uncles. Margaret who died of diptheria at the age of four was my Aunt, my mother's older sister. Thank you for considering my request. My links with Kirkstall go back to the birth of my great grandfather.

I BELIVE THIS TO BE THE HEADSTONE OF MY GRANDFATHER WILMOTT MOUNTAIN JAMES' MOTHER. ALTHOUGH NO REFERENCE TO HIM IS MADE, I BELIEVE WILMOTT WAS THE ONLY SON TO SURVIVE WW1.
