Walter Gupwell	1917	23	1894	relationship not given of Maud Gupwell	Welsh Guards; K.I.A; France. Walter was Maud's brother. He is actually buried in the Dozinghem Military Cemetery in Poperinge, West Flanders, Belgium.
Frederick "Fred" Gupwell	1917	28	1889	relationship not given of Maud Gupwell	Gunner; R.F.A. K.I.A; Arras. Frederick was Maud's brother. He is actually buried in a military cemetery at Feuchy, France. The date on this monument reads 18 May, but the military records give his date of death as 16 May. He is also listed on the war memorial at Stoke Gifford.
Florance Gupwell				wife of Maud Gupwell	Florence Emily Coles was Maud's sister-in-law and Fred Gupwell's wife of four years. She apparently did not remarry after his death and remained a widow for fifty-four years until her own death in 1971.

Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I would like to study the inscriptions and verify the relationship of Florence to the rest of the family and determine if she was actually buried there. According to my research, Maud is buried there, but I don't know about the rest of the family. Also, it looks as if the monument is disintegrating, and I'd like to preserve these images before it is completely gone. If you can manage it, I'd like images of all four sides. Thank you for anything you can send.

My Paternal Grandmother was Margaret John nee Gupwell twin sister of Florence and sister of Maud. I started my family tree some years ago and now that I have more time I am going into records in more detail. Coming across this site and seeing the gravestones was unexpected but brilliant,I would really love to have the images:there is also information on the site that I wasn't aware of
