Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I believe this is the gravestone with details of my nana's relatives. I have an old family diary dated 1817, which has many of the names you have listed on your gravestone information, included within its pages, and handwritten by Philip Lawson, from Felling. Philip would be my nana's father. The information from the 1881 census also records information about George Lawson born 1823 and he is named within the diary. He would be my great-great grandad. (Philip's father). My family were from Heworth and my mum would be thrilled to see the information, as she has often though of visiting the churchyard but never had time to travel into the area to check it out herself. Thanks for any help. This is a great find for my family history researching.
