Thank you for performing this valuable service. Janet Cribbis was the 7th child of John Cribbis and Jeanne Laing of Max Mill, Gordon, Berwick Shire, Scotland. John and Jeanne had 9 children. Their oldest son, John, is my Great-great grandfather. He emigrated to Canada, as did a number of the children. John's oldest son, also John, was father of Albert Cribbis, father of Ross Cribbis, my dad. His dream was for us to know our family, and I am trying to fulfill that wish through my kids, and now theirs. I would like to add the photo of Janet's gravestone to our archives, and share it with other Cribbis genealogists, with your permission. Sincerely, Rebecca Cribbis Herberg

I believe this Robert Neillans is the cousin of my greatx3 grandfather who was also Robert Neillans. Their grandfather, my greatx5 grandfather, John Neillans was a fishmonger in North Berwick who was married to Mary Cribbes. I think they had 5 children and my greatx4 grandfather John Neillans was the younger twin born in 1787. I have still to find out who the father of the Robert buried at Garvald is.

My grandmother was Williamina Moffat Neillans 1890-1987 and JOhn Neillans and Mary Cribbes would have been her great great grandfather and great,great, great grandmother I think. Would love to have the photo for the family tree. regards, Louise Brooks
