Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I believe William Lawson and his wife Mary Ann are my 3 x gt grandparents. His son William my 2 x gt grandfather and his wife Jane my 2 x gt grandmother. My Gt Grandparents were definitely Henry Howie Lawson and Elizabeth Riddle who lived at Belford Hall Farm - I hope I have the connection right. Many thanks Anne

I believe William and Mary Ann to be my 4x great grandparents; their son William and his wife my 3x great grandparents; their son John and his wife Margery my 2x great grandparents and their son William and his second wife Ann Isabella my great grandparents. I would love to be in touch with any other members of my 'Lawson' family as until I started my research I did not even know that my grandfather had a brother and also 3 half siblings! Thank you in advance.
