Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Joseph was my great great great grandfather. I was brought up in Colwyn Bay and now live in Llandudno, so am still close by. Another pair of g g g grandparents were Abraham and Sarah Gittins. My great grandfather William Charles Brown (possibly from Scotland), who married Elizabeth Edwards, and apparently died in c1913, was a church plasterer in your area. I know he was responsible for some of the "fancy plasterwork" in churches around Buckley and possibly Hawarden. I would love to find out more about him. Thank you very much indeed. Wish I could help, but we live too far away. Suky (Susan) Blakesley nee Brown.
