Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

My close friend's surname is Dalzell-Piper; for three months now, I've been secretly preparing a fully illustrated booklet (up to 22 pp now)on his family 19th century forebears. The Arthur mentioned in this plaque in St Mary's, Harrow was my friend's great grand uncle. I was hoping to give him my report (as it stands) for Christmas; I would love to include this photo in the finished report but maybe I'm too late? Either way, thanks for your time and keep up with what sounds like a marvellous project. Eddie Orr

Rev Arthur Dalzell Piper was one of my great grandfathers, married Agnes Mary Doherty, parents of father of Hannah who married Hubert Cecil Dodgson, parents of my father Michael Cecil Heathfield Dodgson. They were also parents of Jane who married Arthur Wood, whose only child MAP Wood was Bishop of Norwich, and Kathleen who married Banks and Rachel who married Meredith Dillon Thomas, who taught Alan Turing.

I am doing a personal historical research of St John's Church North Woolwich, and from other documents mentioned that the Rev A D Piper was the third Vicar of the church, so I want to get some more information of him. Thank you.

I'm involved in the Western Heights at Dover where the lady's brother lived and sadly contracted an illness and died, would be nice to see the memorial
