Notes about St Andrew Church burial ground

This early 18th century church replaced one demolished by 1735. As is evident from the photographs, there have been restoration projects over the years. It is Grade II* listed and is constructed largely of red brick with ashlar dressings. The location is lovely and the welcome received by the churchwarden was excellent. Kind permission to take photographs was given by the Vicar of Louth. The Church is set deep in the Lincolnshire Wolds in a lovely picture-book village that is still thriving and protective of its history.
