Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am researching Eliza Mahony nee Pigott using the online Queensland BDM Index and Trove. I believe she is the mother of a Elizabeth Milford/Elizabeth Mahon(e)y who first married John Robert Ashney who then died and subsequently married George Melbourne Casey. However I am having trouble with finding the marriage records of Eliza Mahony nee Pigott. Trove also seems to suggest that she was also married to a Michael Burke in Maryborough in 1892 given John Pigott's Statutory Notice to Creditors. In Eliza Mahony's Death Notice on Trove, I believe lists the name of her living children and this is seemingly confirmed by searching QLD and NSW Death Indexes. I would be grateful for the gravestone image as the QLD Death Index list John Pigott's Father as Christopher Pigott and Eliza Mahony's Father as William Pigott. I am hoping that the image may resolve discrepancies.
