Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Robert Gaythorpe is my Great Grandfather. My Great great grandfather is Joseph Gaythorpe (23/5/1819 - 1897). His father William Gaythorp 1785? married Ann Ashley at Bradford 1810. I know nothing about these two except his parents were John Gawtorp and Sarah Rhodes 1784. They were living in Spofforth in 1861. You might be able to help with these unsolved points.
