Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Richard Ireland Watts was an elder brother of Robert Edwin Watts who married my 3x great aunt, Ann Rachel Munson at Stoke Damerel 16 June 1851. Ireland is a Munson family name - Robert Touzeau Munson married Ann Ireland (born Plymouth) in Guernsey 25 June 1806. These were my 3GGGs.

Recently discovered that Richard Ireland Watts is my 3rd great-grandfather. His son, Richard W. Watts immigrated to the US in 1874 and raised his family here. (I am a US citizen) I have a photograph of Richard Ireland Watts given to me by my great aunt with minimal information but knew that Devon was the place to start.
