family research & I live in Australia (so it is hard to visit)
(requested on 06 11 2013)
I think this one of our Middlemas cousins' families, some of whom emigrated to the USA around 1806. Our branch is still based in Morpeth. Many thanks!

Searching relatives ... MIDDLEMAS thank you so much. I live in United States
(requested on 28 06 2014)
I believe this may be the grave of some ancestors I am researching. Thomas Middlemas was the uncle (he married Margaret Dewar) of my direct ancestor (George Dewar, Margaret's nephew) who was apprenticed to Thomas Middlemas as a master mariner in 1789. I believe also that this burial ground is close to the Dents Hole area, where they lived at the time. Many thanks

I have Middlemass ancestors in the Northumberland area (Bamburgh/Beadnell) and would like to investigate a possible link with this family.

I have Middlemass relatives in the Durham/Northumberland area and would like to trace a possible link to this family.
(requested on 24 05 2018)
I am researching my family tree from Australia so can't visit the cemetery myself. Thomas b1852 is my 7th great grandfather.
