Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Edward and Dinah Codd are my grandmothers family. her name was Emma Diana Rampley/Rampling. She was the gt grandaughter of Dinah Codd via Emma Codd/Barnes and Hannah Barnes/Rampley. She [emma diana] was adopted by Dinahs sister Susannah Edwards. I have a photo of Emma Diana i can share if wanted. Hannah Rampley is also buried at st marys old newton with her baby. regards vic

Edward and Dinah were my great great great grandparents. I have photos of them both - Dinah looks formidable! I'm visiting Suffolk next month and hoping to find the grave. Having a copy of the photograph may help me identify it. Thank you.

Edward and Diana or Dinah Codd are my direct ancestors. gt gt gt grandparents. I am writing the story of my grandmother Emma Diana Rampley, daughter of Charles Rampley Bocking and Hannah Barnes both born in Old Newton. Hannah is also buried in the St Marys graveyard. Dinah or Diana Codd was the daughter of Zephaniah Rice so i am related to all the Rice, diaper, osborne, RamplingRampleyRamplin, bocking etc families of old newton and surrounding areas. unfortunatly i live in perth, West australia so it is not possible to do any on site reseach. however i have a large database of info which i would like to share with anyone interested. regards Vic Pearson
