Jane Anderson (nee Carrick) was my great great grandmother. I'm particularly interested in why my branch of the family used the double barrelled surname Carrick Anderson from Jane and George's generation onwards. With many thanks, Alison MacDonald (daughter of Laura Carrick Anderson, 1914 - 2004)
