Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

For family history research purposes. With thanks
(requested on 06 05 2012)
I am researching the history of my house in Storrington, West Sussex. I think this man married the daughter of the man who built/renovated the house as a college, the Reverend George Faithfull, ie, Alice Mary Faithfull. It would be useful to be able to see what is written on the grave. My mother also has Suffolk connections, coincidentally.

I would like to see this image for family history research purposes. The information you give does not match my records and it would help to see the wording on the gravestone. Thank you in anticipation for your cooperation.
