Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

This is my great Grandfather and my grandmothers sister, Margaret Taylor, who died of shell shock during the first world war. My great grandmother was supposed to have been buried there also but i don't see her name, Janet Kettle. I was actually wondering how i could email Michelle Roberts who i see took the pictures to say what a wonderful thing. Also, i was wondering what exactly is needed to help, just take pictures of cemetaries? i am in Oshawa, Ontario Canada.
