I believe these may be relatives.I have been to MINTO in jedburough but minto house no longer stands,i have visited the private minto graves here and photographed these .my family are from the durham area after our grandfather one of two (three) brothers came down from minto and settled john and jacl i believe

My Mother is a Minto and several relatives lived in this area in the nineteenth century. So this may be a direct ancestor. Regards Ian Brumpton.
